BIA-MA Staff Prepares for the Holidays

The staff and volunteers at BIA-MA are getting into the holiday spirit by purchasing gifts for the 43 residents ages 22 and up at the Wachusett Extended Care Facility in Holden, Mass. Residents at the Wachusett Extended Care Facility, the only Chronic Ventilator Facility in central Mass, include brain injury survivors, as well as those with muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, COPD, cerebral palsy, Lou Gehrig’s Disease and spinal cord injuries.

BIA-MA is so proud to be a part of this as we understand how isolating and lonely the holidays can be for brain injury survivors. We hope our gifts will get the residents at Wachusett Extended Care Facility into the holiday spririt. We wish all of them a happy holidays and wonderful New Year!

What are you doing to get into the holiday spirit?
